Artificial Intelligence which is famously called AI is now making its presence felt all across the Internet.  Talking about the use of AI in Digital Marketing, slowly but surely AI will make our tasks simpler. I am not sure about the actual impact but AI if taken positively will be our Digital Marketing partner. And for Digital Marketers it will be a thrill to experience the glorious future of AI in Marketing.  

Talking about my Digital Marketing expertise, I am into Content Writing & Facebook Advertising and while working on my personal & client projects I encounter AI indirectly on most of the platforms. While running Facebook Ads Meta Advantage+ Audience lets you use Meta’s advanced AI to find your campaign audience. Apart from this, you can counter AIs presence in various other tasks during Meta Ads. This is just one small example and there are various other AI-based activities that Digital Marketers might be encountering in their day-to-day work.

The advent of AI in Digital Marketing

I am a Health & Wellness Blogger & I use my personal website for Blogging. My Website has been live since 2017 but it took me seven long years to Blog regularly. 2024 is the year in which I have written maximum Blogs and it was during this year that I found my niche for Blogging. Well, I can go in-depth about my Blogging Journey in some other Blog.

However, the point to mention is I have been Blogging since pre-AI time. So like many who started Blogging during that time can experience the ease of Blogging after CHAT GPT was introduced. CHAT GPT has been indeed a blessing for Bloggers where you can get an entire Blog just by giving a proper Prompt. For your reference, Chat GPT was launched in Nov 22 & it was after the introduction of Chat GPT that our marketers started making maximum use of AI in Digital Marketing.    

For me, Chat GPT is currently the Boss when it comes to AI in Digital Marketing, but with the arrival of Gemini and many other Open AI platforms like Claude, Jasper AI, perplexity AI & Chatsonic it will be interesting to experience how the Future of AI in Marketing unfolds. Apart from Chat GPT & Google Gemini, I haven’t used any other Open AI platforms much. But will be trying other Open AIs as well to study more about these platforms.  

AI Tools Research

In the last few months, I have also started to make regular use of AI in my work. For Images, I have had my hands wet with Playground AI (The Image for this Blog is generated by using this AI photo editor) & for Creating Demo videos I have been using an AI video generator named Invideo AI. There are multiple options available online for using AI in Digital Marketing so you can keep researching till you find your best match. However, most of these AI Tools are paid, so depending on the scope of your project you can go for the Paid Tools.

If you want to do testing or research with the AI Tools there are plenty of basic Tools available for free which you can use for your AI research. While doing AI research one important thing to note is that at times you can be overwhelmed by the options available and it can be time-consuming to research every option coming your way. So try to fix a time for AI research every day say 30 Minutes to an Hour and once the time is completed get back to your work.

Future of AI in Marketing  

With every passing day the influence of AI in marketing is increasing & rather than being a buzzword or a futuristic concept, AI is going to become a part of everyday life for marketers. Digital Marketers should not consider AI as a different tool as it’s going to be simply there, integrated into every part of your work. From interacting with search engines to audience building, from content creation & reformatting, from Paid Ads to visual and graphic design AI is going to be with you always. So commenting about the Future of AI in Marketing, AI is not just a tool for digital marketers but it’s their creative partner.

Being a Digital Marketing agency owner I have these things encrypted in my mind and have started using AI consistently. I regret not using AI in Digital Marketing earlier, especially for my E-Commerce Website named Mangoes And Barach Kahi specializing in selling Kokan products PAN India. But better late than never, I am very much into AI & will be using Artificial Intelligence for my products i.e. health & wellness Blogging Website & E-Commerce Website & also during rendering digital marketing services to my clients        

Another important point about the Future of AI in Marketing is that AI will not replace digital marketers, but will complement their skills for faster iteration and maximum innovation.  So it is important for Digital Marketers to start learning AI and to stay updated with this field. You can find a lot of AI-related videos on YouTube and AI articles online. When it comes to AI in Digital Marketing I recommend you to follow  Matt Wolfe’s YouTube Channel to know in detail about AI.

Conclusion

Instead of fearing AI, it’s important to embrace AI & make AI your companion or partner. While using AI in Digital Marketing its foremost for marketers to balance the efficiency of AI with real human involvement to make the brand trustworthy & likeable. The future of AI in marketing is massive  & the marketers who embrace AI with open hands will not only stay ahead but will emerge as leaders in this new era of marketing.
